If you are a first time buyer, you probably still don't know how this works. it is very simple, please follow these easy steps and you will find the right replacement cell phone for you.
If you are with Cingular, you will need to click on the Cingular section to find the right replacement cell phone. If you are with Verizon, please click on the Verizon section to find your cell phone.
You can choose any phone you see in your carrier section, and buy it.
Once you bought the cell phone and it arrives by mail, you can just activate it. (Below)
How do I activate the cell phone with my service provider?
If you have a Verizon cell phone, you can activate it in 3 ways:
you can activate it at www.verizonwireless.com, it is FREE if you do it online and only take a few minutes. For more info. on how to do it online, please call Verizon customer service at 1-800-922-0204 and ask the Verizon rep.
you can activate it by calling Verizon customer service at 1-800-922-0204, it is FREE.
you can go to a Verizon store to activate the phone.
If you have a Cingular, T-Mobile or AT&T GSM cell phone, you can just pop in the Sim card from your current phone to the new phone and it's done! but if you lost your cell phone previously, you can get the Sim card from us or from a local store, it cost about $20.

Does the Recondition cell phones come with Sim card? (This question is NOT for Verizon Customers)
The Sim Card is not included, if you are a Cingular, T-Mobile, AT&T GSM customer and lost your sim card, you can buy one from us or from a local store. (Verizon & AT&T TDMA do not use Sim cards, you can just buy the cell phone and call Verizon to activate it when you receive it)
Do I get a instruction manual with the Recondition cell phone?
The manual is not included, if you wish to have the manual, you can go to the manufacture's website and download it for free. For example, if you bought a LG cell phone, just go to www.LGUSA.com and click on the mobile phones section, select your phone model and download the manual from there.
Are your Recondition Verizon phones GPS & 911 compatible?
Yes, All of our Verizon phones are GPS & 911 compatible.
I am a OLD AT&T customer, but how do I know if I need an AT&T GSM phone or the AT&T TDMA phone?
99.9% of the AT&T customers are on the GSM technology, only very few left with the old TDMA technology. If you have a sim card, that means you are with AT&T GSM. If you don't have a sim card, you maybe with the AT&T TDMA. But you can find out by calling your customer service or give us a call at 718-539-2357.
30 day Warranty on our Recondition cell phones.
We provide 30 day warranty on all of our products against defects. (this does not include: Non-proper maintainrence, physical damages, etc.)
If you experience problems with the cell phone, please contact us within 30 days from the time you received the product. Please contact our customer service department at 718-539-2357 or e-mail us at Customerservice@Cellularisit.com.We will repair or exchange the phone for you.
All refunds will be issued in the form of store credits or exchange.
How Can I Cancel My Order?
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. just call us at 718 539-2357 or E-mail customerservice@cellularisit.com, Please note: we only offer exchange and store credit on your canceled order.
30 Day Warranty For Our Recondition cell phones.
1. We warrant to the end-user customer that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days after the customer have received the product. (This does not include Physical damages made by the User)
2. Our warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use of the product, and do not apply to any: a. Improper or inadequate mainteinrance. b. Misusage and mishandling. c. Fire, flood and other will-of-god.d. Damaged by a wrong voltage use.
3. Warranty will be treated as void if any: a.The original shipping invoice is lost or amended. b. Unauthorized modification.
4. Fault product for claiming replacement should be returned within 30 days with suitable packaging to avoid physical damage.
Out Of Stock Items.
Sometimes (rarely) products may sell out before each order is fully processed. If this occurs on your order, you will be notified by email and by phone.
Why my credit card payment can not go thru?
- Please make sure you have enough balance on your card.
- The Credit Card #, Expiration Date, The Last 3 Digits Code on the Back of the Card are CORRECT. (Amex is the 4 digits on the front of the card, located on the top right side on your Amex card)

Will My Sim Card From a Nokia Phone Works in The Motorola Phone You have?
Yes, it will work. Just make sure you choose your cell phone carrier correct, no matter it was a LG, Motorola or Samsung, The Sim Card is all compatible.
